The client reads the first two lines
On Upwork, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp, clients receive many similar proposals. The one that wins is often the one that shows from the first line that you understand the problem. AI helps you read the request carefully and write a tailored proposal in minutes, but the experience and price come from you.
Understand the request first
Before writing, have it analyze the request with you. You will notice things you missed and questions that need asking.
This is a ready-to-use example. Copy it as is, or adapt the text to your work.

A short proposal tailored to them
- A line explaining how you understand the problem.
- How you will solve it in 3 steps.
- One example of your previous work, with a link.
- One question to start a conversation.
Copy the prompt as it is, or tailor it with your details first.

Read the proposal aloud and remove any sentence that could be sent to any client.
Break down the work and price
Ask it to divide the work into stages and estimate the time each stage needs, then set the price yourself. State what is included in the price and what is not, such as the number of revisions and the delivery date.
Follow up without nagging
If the client does not reply, send one follow-up after two or three days, with something new: a small project idea or a question. To strengthen future proposals, prepare a portfolio that shows your work.
A proposal for a real request
Take a job request from a freelance website or a client, analyze it using the first prompt, and write the proposal. Compare it with the last proposal you sent without analyzing the request.
