An identity is more than a logo
You might ask for a nice logo, a nice presentation, and a nice post, and each comes out looking different. The solution is to create a complete visual identity once: colors, fonts, logo usage, spacing, button and card styles, and tone of voice. This is called a Design System. After that, everything you make in any tool looks like part of the same family.
Start with a reference you like
You do not have to start from scratch. Large companies publish their Design Systems, and you may like the identity of a website or project. Take screenshots of the reference or provide its link, and say what you like about it.

Create the identity file
Once you agree on a direction, ask for a complete file: an HTML page or PDF with every rule and an example. You can make the logo in ChatGPT Images or Gemini, or upload one you already have.

Use it in everything
Save the file and upload it with any prompt: a presentation, a design in Canva, or a site in website building. Better still, turn it into a skill you can call by name to apply your identity without uploading the file each time.
An identity for your project
Choose one reference you like, analyze it, and create the identity file. Try it in a post and a slide, and see whether they look related.
