Words first, then the template
You open Canva, browse templates, find one you like, and put your words in it. It looks crowded, so you keep shrinking the font. The problem is not the template. It is that the words were not prepared before designing.
Prepare the title and essential points first. For a carousel, define what each page will say. Then choose a design that can hold your words.
Set up your identity in Brand Kit
Canva Pro has Brand Kit: upload your logo and choose your colors and fonts. Then apply your identity to any new design with one click instead of looking for the color code every time.
Your identity could be your name and a consistent color across all your work: page posts, presentations, and guides. People will recognize your work at a glance.
Let Canva AI make the first version
Instead of starting with a blank page, tell Canva AI what you want: “A post for my page about the new booking times, calm colors, and a large title.” It gives you several designs. Choose the closest one and build on it.
If you need to write the words too, Canva has a writing tool that suggests text. Check the Arabic carefully, and if the wording matters, write it yourself or prepare it in ChatGPT first.
Copy the prompt as it is, or tailor it with your details first.

Edit manually and check on a phone
This is Canva's strength: you can select and edit every element in the design. Enlarge the title, make spacing consistent, and remove elements that add no meaning.
Before downloading, view the design at phone size. If the text is hard to read, shorten it before reducing the font size.
The same design in multiple sizes
Made a square post and want a Story? Use Resize to create a version in the new size. Check the new version, because elements sometimes need a little rearranging.
Many designs from a table
Want a personalized certificate for each workshop attendee? Or a card for every client? Make one design, prepare a spreadsheet with the names, and use Bulk Create. Canva creates a design for each name in minutes.
Test a short name and a long name first, and make sure the long name does not overflow its space.
Export and review the file
Choose the format based on use: PNG for publishing, PDF for printing, and MP4 for designs with motion. Open the file after downloading and check the Arabic font, numbers, and logo.
Certificates for all attendees
Design one certificate with your branding, prepare a spreadsheet of attendee names, and generate all the certificates with Bulk Create. Check three certificates before printing.
